Bless Us.
Rain was bestowed on our world from the heavens to nourish every living cell. I stood in the rain, one with the very element that created me. Soul refreshed, body cleansed, mind cleared and I’m born again. Water is the element of life, yet some are terribly harmed by the same source.
Just like the chicken and egg problem, the question of whether humans are a mistake by God is still relatively left unanswered. But what we do know that the higher powers are sometimes displeased with how we are ill-treating his property. (Breathes) Of course, maybe we are still created for a reason, but the only possible argument I’m willing to give myself is that we’re just here to deplete the resources before the eventual infernal devouring of Mother Earth by the greater Sun; and probably a ultra-real-reality documentary-cum-game in any case, that we are supposed to evolve into greater beings and build an army great enough for the war of the worlds, if in the first place we don’t kill ourselves out of greed and selfishness. Destruction, repeat. The heavens need to unleash its wrath once in awhile to control the situation I guess. Like a good slap on the horse ass would naturally force greater efficiency, the higher ups only hope to attain their ultimate goals more quickly.
Even if things wasn’t as f***ed up as I theorized, and God created us for a good cause, I just wish that a saint would emerge from amongst us soon, and guide us out of the never ending pursue of fame, glory and wealth. You could say that you don’t, good for you, but you know you do, and we all know that you know that you do; everyone does. Like the preacher of the better world inside me would always say, “Others before self”. On the surface, it says that you should live for others and not yourself. However, you know that it’s more than that. No matter what your life goals are, being a good parent, actress, millionaire, self-contentment, you will inevitably affect the environment you are in. As long as you know that it is done with a good cause, take comfort that even if your life ends tomorrow, you have touched lives, and the process will never have an ending knot to it. So, the next time you’re thinking about what your purpose in this world is or how insignificant you are, brush away the thought (Unless you’re from RJC, RI, VJC, ACJC, SAJC or anyone that behaves like an asshole. P.S. Had a nightmare last night?). Be happy, spread the love, and the universe will unfold itself as it should.
So much for being the smartest species, asking seals to throw basketballs and octopus to open jars. Just because others look reserved doesn’t mean that they are fools. They might just be entertaining us because we’re retards to them. A man with few words is a man of substance. Well, hope we really aren’t the dumbest species on this planet to even realize that when our world is on the brim of destruction, all we’re going to get is a mocking farewell by the dolphins. “So long, and thanks for all the fish”
For pot, peace, love and enlightenment.
